MINIMUM ENROLLMENT : Agape will hold summer programs only if there is sufficient enrollment (normally 5 or more students per program). Class size is normally 5 to 10 students.
REFUNDS: Application fees (175 USD) are nonrefundable. Also, a deposit of 1,000 USD of the total cost is required (500 USD if you apply through an authorized AELI agent in your home country) before July 3, 2009, but nonrefundable after July 3, 2009 if a student cancels. If the school cancels the program or the student is denied a visa, the tuition deposit will be fully refunded.
VISA: All students who come to the U.S. specifically for Agape's summer vacation/study program should obtain an F-1 student visa unless advised otherwise by a knowledgeable agent that it will be possible to enter the U.S. on a B-visa. Agape English Language Institute will enroll students who enter the U.S. for this summer vacation/study program on either F-1 or B-visas, but we cannot guarantee the admissibility of any student at a U.S. port of entry on a B-type visa.
**ATTENTION AGENCIES, EDUCATORS, and GROUP LEADERS – Agape English Language Institute can customize a Summer English Program package for any group of 10 or more students based on the above program. This package can include different program start dates, lengths and intensiveness (i.e., more or less than 17 hours of classroom English instruction per week). Please note: One chaperone is required to accompany any group of 15 or fewer students up through the age of 15. An additional chaperone is required for more than 15 students. |
